Instinct XI is a football game for people aged 13 and over. If you are 13–17, you can use the free core game. Instinct XI Pro and any future real-world prize promotion are currently for verified adults only.
We use only the information needed to create your account, save your squad and game history, protect the game and provide features you deliberately choose.
02What we know about you
- Your first name, email address and date of birth.
- Your chosen club name, squad, lineups, virtual trades, scores, leagues, achievements and settings.
- Basic device, sign-in, security and error information needed to keep the service working safely.
- Questions or support messages you choose to send.
03What other managers can see
Other managers may see your chosen club name, competition position, results and a locked lineup after the relevant deadline. They do not receive your email address, date of birth, payment information or real first name from Instinct XI.
04Your safest settings
- Managers aged 13–17 remain on the free core game.
- Push notifications start off and require both your choice and device permission.
- There is no third-party behavioural advertising or sale of personal information.
- Precise location is not requested.
- Private messaging between managers is not provided.
05Instinct IQ
Instinct IQ is personalised football analysis. We are not selling Pro access directly to under-18 managers at launch. A future parent-paid version would require the parent or guardian to be the paying customer and to control the subscription.
Do not put passwords, private addresses, health information or another person’s secrets into support or any future AI question.
06Your choices
- Change your profile and notification preferences inside the game.
- Download a copy of your account data through Help & Support.
- Ask us to correct or delete information.
- Ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
- Report an unsafe or inappropriate club name through Help & Support.
07Questions or worries
Use Help & Support while signed in. If you cannot access your account, you or your parent or guardian can write to M2FT Ltd at the registered office shown above. Never send us a password or full payment-card number.
