01Agreement and eligibility

Instinct XI is a trading name of M2FT Ltd. These terms form an agreement between you and M2FT Ltd when you create or use an Instinct XI account. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian and may use only the free core game.

Instinct XI Pro purchases and any future real-world prize promotion are restricted at launch to eligible adults aged 18 or over. This is a launch safeguard for recurring payment, age assurance and personalised AI—not a statement that teenagers cannot benefit from the free game. Any future parent-paid access will require separate parent or guardian controls and terms.

02Your account

• Provide accurate account and age information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• Use one personal manager account unless we expressly approve otherwise.
• Choose a suitable club name that does not impersonate, abuse or expose another person.
• Tell us promptly through Help & Support if you believe your account has been compromised.

03The free core game

The core game includes Fantasy XI, the virtual player Market, Matchday, leagues and digital achievements, subject to feature availability. We may balance or improve rules prospectively to protect fairness, reliability or the product.

Official deadlines, locked lineups, eligible formations, captaincy, verified football statistics and the published scoring rules determine Fantasy results. A screen showing provisional data does not replace the final settled record.

04Virtual cash and the Market

Virtual cash, player units, prices, portfolio values, achievements and other in-game items are fictional gameplay records. They are not money, investments, securities, deposits, stored value or property that can be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed.

Market prices are generated under the published game rules from verified in-game demand and protections. They do not represent a footballer’s financial worth and do not promise future movement or gain.

05Leagues and fair competition

League tables and Head-to-Head results use eligible locked squads and supported scoring evidence. Other league members may see your chosen club name, standings and locked lineup after the relevant deadline. Your email, date of birth and payment information are not league-facing information.

The Acceptable Use Rules form part of these terms. We may correct errors, void affected activity, restrict features or suspend accounts where necessary to protect competition integrity.

06Instinct IQ and Pro

Instinct IQ provides football analysis based on available game and provider evidence. It may be incomplete or wrong and does not guarantee points, rankings, player availability, price movement or any outcome. Managers remain responsible for every lineup and virtual trade.

Where live Pro billing is offered, the price, renewal period and recurring nature are shown before checkout. Pro is optional and gives no scoring, ranking, prize or Market-execution advantage. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. The Subscription Terms provide the full payment and cancellation information.

07Real-world prizes

No real-world prize promotion is currently active, advertised or claimable. Digital achievements have no cash or redemption value.

A future promotion can begin only after separate rules, eligibility, dates, prizes, selection method, claims process and promoter details are published prospectively. A Pro subscription will not be required and will not improve a manager’s chance of winning. See the current Prize Status.

08Football data and service availability

Fixtures, team news, events and player statistics depend on external data and verification. Information may be delayed, corrected, unavailable or later settled differently from a provisional display. Push submission does not guarantee physical delivery to a device.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security work, force majeure or product changes may temporarily limit features.

09Intellectual property and permitted use

M2FT Ltd owns or licenses the Instinct XI software, branding, layout, rules presentation and original content. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful, non-commercial gameplay.

Premier League, club and player names may appear as factual football data. No league, club, footballer, game publisher or retailer endorsement is implied.

10Suspension, closure and changes

You may stop using Instinct XI and request account closure through Help & Support. We may warn, restrict or suspend an account for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, security threats, unlawful use or integrity risks. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the action and provide a way to challenge mistakes. Safety and moderation reports are handled under the Safety Centre process.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified before taking effect where appropriate. Changes will not retrospectively convert virtual items into paid obligations or activate a prize promotion.

11Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that, Instinct XI is an entertainment service and M2FT Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by unsupported reliance on provisional football data, Instinct IQ predictions or virtual portfolio values. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have where you live.
