Who operates Instinct XI?Instinct XI is a trading name of M2FT Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12461946. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

01What managers share

Instinct XI does not provide public posts, image uploads or private messaging. A manager’s chosen club name, competition position, results and eligible locked lineup may be visible to other managers.

Because a club name is created by a manager, it must follow the Acceptable Use Rules.

02Report a concern

Use Help & Support to report an abusive or discriminatory club name, impersonation, personal information, suspected cheating, a security concern or anything that may be unlawful. Choose the most relevant request type and include the club name, league and what you saw.

Do not confront another manager or include passwords, full payment details or unnecessary private information in a report.

03How we respond

  • Preserve the relevant account, competition and moderation evidence.
  • Assess immediate safety, illegality, child-safety and game-integrity risks.
  • Remove or rename content, restrict functionality, suspend an account or report conduct where proportionate.
  • Tell the reporting person what we can about the outcome without exposing another person’s private information.
  • Provide a route to challenge a mistaken moderation decision.

04Young managers

Managers aged 13–17 receive high-privacy defaults, cannot purchase Pro at launch and cannot enter any future real-world prize promotion. Instinct XI does not provide manager-to-manager private messaging.

A parent or guardian may submit a safety, privacy or account request on behalf of a young manager.

05Immediate danger

Instinct XI is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. In the United Kingdom, call 999 in an emergency.

06Accountability

M2FT Ltd records and periodically reviews its children’s access, illegal-content and privacy risk assessments. Product changes that introduce new user communication, uploads, advertising or age-restricted content require a fresh assessment before release.

Questions, safety reports and rights requests can be submitted through Help & Support inside Instinct XI, or sent by post to the registered office above. A public support email will be displayed here only after its mailbox has been verified and monitored.
